Hello Summit Bikers,
The Board has asked me to emphasize a couple of points regarding our approach to Covids-19.
-- Everyone must have a buff or face mask. Anyone not having a buff or face mask will not be permitted to ride with the group.
-- We will verify that we have a waiver signed from all participants and if not require one to be completed prior to riding. Most members did this when they paid their dues. We will have waivers available for those who did not or prospective riders who have not joined.
-- Riders need be at least 6 feet apart, maintaining social distancing.
-- Groups should be 10 or fewer.
As many things these days we are trying to establish policies that allow us to return to some normalcy while being as safe as possible. Anyone not comfortable with participating with others under the guidelines we have established should not participate.
Our policies may have to change if too many people do not respect the social distancing or congregate in groups over ten. After the ride if you have feedback for the board please email me at Bikebreck@yahoo.com.
