Friday, let's try another ride up Vail Pass, to Black Lakes, etc. Depending on who shows up, we could ride down to the old Route 6, maybe down to East Vail, or even Vail Village for lunch. Starting point, same as last week, the west end parking lot of Frisco, at 9AM. This is the west exit lot off I-70. This is a show and go ride, and we will not leave anyone behind. No drops, frequent re-grouping, and concern for all needs, including mechanical problems or just not as much energy as the stronger ones. We ride, not race. Group fun is good fun.
Monday:
Slight change on timing. Ride from North Pond to Ute Pass is about 10 miles. I expect our pace line to go out at 22 mph. I am leaving at 8:55AM, not 8:30AM. Those looking for a slower pace, please leave at 8:30AM. We start the ride up Ute Pass at 9:30AM.
